These Terms of Use ("Terms") are an agreement between you and Flight Attendant LLC. In these Terms, "Flight Attendant," "we," "us," and "our" refer to Flight Attendant LLC. These Terms govern your access to and use of flightattendant.shop and the content, forms, links, and communications made available through the website.

1. Acceptance of These Terms

By accessing or using the website, passing through the age gate, or submitting information through the website, you agree to these Terms and acknowledge our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree, do not use the website or submit information to us.

2. Website Operator and Regulatory Identification

We operate flightattendant.shop and are responsible for the website's content.

Our license disclosure identifies the California cannabis license responsible for the website's cannabis advertising and marketing content. It does not mean that the website is a licensed retail checkout, delivery platform, or direct-to-consumer fulfillment service.

3. Eligibility and California Location

The website is intended only for adults who:

• Are at least 21 years old;

We may restrict access when we reasonably believe a visitor does not satisfy these requirements.

4. Informational Website; No Direct Cannabis Sale

The website is an informational brand and product-discovery website. It may:

• Present information about Flight Attendant and its products;
• Identify or link to California dispensaries or delivery operators;
• Provide stockist-direction information;
• Receive general and wholesale inquiries; and
• Collect voluntary interest through the "Get the Drop List" form.

The website does not provide a direct cannabis ecommerce transaction. Through this website, we do not:

• Accept a cannabis order;
• Operate a shopping cart or checkout;
• Collect payment for a cannabis purchase;
• Collect a shipping or delivery address for a cannabis order;
• Ship cannabis or cannabis products;
• Fulfill or deliver a cannabis order; or
• Create a customer account for cannabis purchasing.

Any cannabis purchase or delivery transaction occurs separately through an appropriately licensed California retailer or delivery operator. That third party controls the transaction and applies its own terms, privacy policy, age verification, identity verification, inventory, pricing, service area, and legal requirements.

Website content is not an offer by us to sell cannabis directly to you and does not guarantee that a third party will sell or deliver a particular product.

5. Age Gate, Drop List, and Email Communications

The age gate is designed to restrict the website's intended audience to adults 21 and older. Before we accept a drop-list request, the form also requires you to affirm that you are at least 21 and a California resident.

The "Get the Drop List" form is a voluntary request for information about new Flight Attendant batches or California stockists. Submitting it:

• Does not create a paid subscription;
• Does not create a customer account;
• Does not reserve or allocate a product;
• Does not place an order;
• Does not guarantee that we will send a message;
• Does not guarantee availability at a particular retailer;
• Does not enroll you in SMS messaging;
• Does not independently verify your email address; and
• Does not create a direct buyer-seller relationship with us.

You may submit only an email address that you own or are authorized to use. Do not submit another person's address without authorization or use the form to harass, impersonate, mislead, or cause unwanted communications.

If we send promotional email, each message will provide a clear method to unsubscribe. You may also email privacy@flightattendant.shop with the subject line "Unsubscribe." We will process a valid marketing opt-out request as soon as reasonably practicable and no later than 10 business days after receiving it.

6. Wholesale and Other Business Inquiries

The website may provide a route for licensed retailers, distributors, vendors, press contacts, and other business parties to contact us.

Submitting an inquiry does not by itself:

• Create a purchase, sale, or binding order;
• Establish a distributor, retailer, agency, partnership, joint venture, or exclusive relationship;
• Guarantee that we will respond;
• Create a confidentiality obligation;

• Interfere with a licensee's regulatory obligations.

The website does not represent that cannabis possession, use, purchase, transport, sale, or delivery is lawful under federal law, outside California, on federal property, or in every local jurisdiction within California.

Nothing on the website gives you permission to possess, purchase, use, transport, manufacture, distribute, resell, or deliver cannabis unlawfully.

8. Product Information, Stockists, and Availability

Product names, descriptions, photographs, packaging, formulations, strains, ingredients, cannabinoid information, potency information, retailer references, and stockist information may change.

We do not guarantee that:

• A particular product is currently being manufactured;
• A product is in stock;
• A retailer carries a product;
• A delivery operator serves a particular address;
• A product will remain available;
• A retailer's price, promotion, or description will remain current; or
• Online imagery will match the exact packaging available at the time of purchase.

Always review the actual product package, label, testing information, warnings, directions, and information supplied by the licensed seller at the time of purchase. Website content is not a substitute for required product labeling.

We intend to direct visitors only to properly licensed California channels, but third-party license status, inventory, service areas, and operations can change. 10. Future Cannabis Cartridge and Integrated Vaporizer Content

The website does not currently advertise cannabis cartridges or integrated cannabis vaporizers. If we display those products in the future, the applicable product advertisement will prominently display the required disposal statement in a clear and legible manner.

For an integrated cannabis vaporizer:

An empty integrated cannabis vaporizer shall be properly disposed of as hazardous waste at a household hazardous waste collection facility or other approved facility.

For a cannabis cartridge:

A spent cannabis cartridge shall be properly disposed of as hazardous waste at a household hazardous waste collection facility or other approved facility.

We will not describe or imply that a cannabis cartridge or integrated cannabis vaporizer is disposable, may be thrown in ordinary trash, or may be placed in a recycling stream.

This section is supplementary. If these products are advertised in the future, the required statement must also appear prominently with each applicable advertisement; placing it only in these Terms is not a substitute for product-specific compliance.

11. Acceptable Use

You may use the website only for lawful, personal, informational, or legitimate business-inquiry purposes.

You may not:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation;
• Falsely represent that you are at least 21 or a California resident;
• Impersonate another person or organization;
• Submit false, misleading, fraudulent, or unauthorized information;
• Submit another person's email address without authorization;
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the website, form endpoint, server, contact-management system, email system, or related systems;

Subject to these Terms, we give you a limited, revocable, nonexclusive, nontransferable right to access and view the website for lawful personal or legitimate business-inquiry purposes.

Except as permitted by law or authorized in writing, you may not:

Those third parties are independently operated. Unless we expressly state otherwise in a signed agreement:

19. Indemnification

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Flight Attendant LLC and our owners, officers, employees, and agents from third-party claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, and reasonable costs arising directly from:

• Your unlawful or unauthorized use of the website;
• Your material violation of these Terms;
• Information or materials you submit in violation of another person's rights;
• Your fraud, impersonation, or intentional misconduct; or
• Your attempt to interfere with or compromise the website or related systems.

You are not required to indemnify a protected party for that party's own fraud, willful misconduct, or conduct for which indemnification is prohibited by law.

20. Suspension or Termination of Access

We may restrict or terminate access to the website when reasonably necessary because of suspected underage use, a material violation of these Terms, fraudulent or abusive submissions, a threat to security or availability, a legal or regulatory requirement, or discontinuation of the website.

A failure or delay in enforcing a provision does not waive the right to enforce it later.

24. Assignment

25. Entire Agreement and Separate Business Agreements

These Terms and the Privacy Policy govern the public website and its general intake routes.

They do not replace or modify a separately signed wholesale, distribution, manufacturing, licensing, confidentiality, services, or other commercial agreement. If a signed agreement expressly conflicts with these Terms concerning the subject of that agreement, the signed agreement controls for that subject.

We will review and revise these Terms before launching direct ecommerce, payments, customer accounts, SMS messaging, direct fulfillment, out-of-state availability, or another materially different service.
